The purpose of the collaborative is to promote the sharing of resources and accountability across systems on behalf of youth and families with Mental Health, Substance Abuse Disorders and Intellectual/Developmental Disability Needs; in order to build a community capacity that promotes the achievements of better outcomes for youth and families through a culturally responsible and coordinated System of Care approach.
